We are transported to a dark, smoke filled lower East Side bar in New York City where. Sammy McCoy banters with Rosie the Waitress, and both welcome Silvio Albanese – for entirely different reasons.

Wheeled Prisons was produced as a recognition of the First World War, the war to end All wars., But less than 20 years later we had World War 2. Two years ago, we all became affected by a war in the Ukraine…. and now ……? Unbelievably the dispute between Israel and Palestine has arisen again. In the Holy Land!

Wheeled Prisons make no comments on the wars – simply the people who are affected by them.
